About Karen Hack & The Head to Toe Health Centre | Ontario Naturopathic Association

Prior to becoming a naturopathic doctor, I graduated from McMaster University with an honours degree in Biology & Philosophy. Though I knew that I would pursue health care in some regard, I was attracted by the philosophical principles which underlie naturopathic medicine.

I chose to study it further and went on to complete a four-year naturopathic medical programme at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I now hold a provincial license through the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy and am both a member of the Ontario Naturopathic Association and the Canadian Naturopathic Association. To this day I continue to supplement my therapeutic knowledge through programmes, research, and lectures, on an on-going basis.

I believe wholeheartedly in the principles of naturopathic medicine and have seen some remarkable results through their use. I believe in creating an environment where patients feel comfortable talking about their problems and supported in making changes to bring about greater health. We will work together to understand the nature of the symptoms or conditions you are experiencing and to make the changes necessary for you to live a healthier, more enjoyable life.

Please note: Dr Karen Hack is presently on maternity leave, leaving her patient care in good hands with Dr Quinn Hand.
